We provide at home private pilates and yoga sessions for pre and post natal care. Pilates and yoga quickens postpartum recovery and strengthens the body and mind before, during and after pregnancy. Enjoy the convenience of an at home pilates or yoga session. Some clients have their own pilates or yoga equipment however all you need is a mat. Mat based exercises can help develop strength, flexibility, endurance and posture. Book a session with Keah or one of her team.

Office

Sitting at a desk all day? Sore upper back, stiff shoulders, tight lower back? We will come to your office or any venue to provide you and your staff with an hour of Pilates or Yoga to lengthen and stretch tight muscles, help build your core strength and rejuvenate your whole body. Postural assessments and exercises will be given as a tool to work with to alleviate the symptoms of sitting at a desk for long hours.

Studio

Pilates studio equipment works to lengthen whilst strengthening the muscles rather than building bulk. It therefore makes for an effective, non impact stretching and toning programme that is safe for the joints. Try equipment pilates you’ll love it! Keah teaches from various pilates studio, have a look at the studio timetable and book a slot at your desired location.

Retreats

Start the new year with a relaxing and revitalising retreat. 

What to expect: 
Two yoga classes and one pilates class each day, hiking and swimming. Each guest will have the opportunity to practice at their own pace, making this week suitable for students of all levels.
Three delicious meals are served daily, and there will be plenty of free time to relax, enjoy the spectacular views, swim, read, snooze, have some pampering therapeutic treatments, and explore the local villages and seaside.
All meals are cooked to an excellent standard using locally-grown, fresh produce, and will be vegetarian so the digestive system can rest.

Start the new year with a revitalising and nourishing mini retreat

What to expect:
Welcome the new year, revitalised and relaxed with a 45 minute pilates class to shake of the winter slugishness, a 55 minute yoga flow to work on detoxing the liver and awakening the kidneys which the body so needs in January. Then unwind with 15 minutes of complete relaxation and wellbeing. Nourishing snacks and smoothies will be served after class. There is a cafe in the venue should you wish to stay for lunch.
